about me

My name is Megyn, and I specialize in bold blackwork, floral and fauna-inspired designs, and cover-ups that help people reclaim their bodies. I’m drawn to strong contrast, heavy saturation, and designs that move organically with the body. I got a later start than most when it comes to tattooing. I started my apprenticeship at 27, after working in a medical lab, the beauty industry, and as a trauma-informed doula. I’ve been tattooing for over six years now, and all of that experience comes with me into the studio: an understanding of how bodies work, how people heal, and how to hold space. I tattoo in Utah, and I approach each piece with attention to the body, the story it carries, and the person wearing it.
