Thank you so much for your interest in working together! Please read through the following policy before booking your appointment. It covers everything you need to know about pricing, deposits, scheduling, and what to expect.

★ Pricing & Sessions:

I currently book half-day and full-day sessions only:

• Half Day (3 hours): $800

• Full Day (6 hours): $1400

 

These rates apply to all projects booked in Salt Lake and are valid through 2025.

​

• Appointments usually begin at 1:00 PM

  • Half-day ends around 4:00 PM

  • Full-day ends around 7:00 PM

 

• Please arrive on time to allow for stencil prep and hand-drawing.

• Breaks are allowed as needed, but please keep them reasonable.

• You’re allowed 1 hour of adjustment time for design changes during your first session.

  • Changes requiring more than 1 hour will either shorten your tattoo time or be rescheduled with a $200 redraw fee.​

★ Payment Methods:

• Cash preferred

• Venmo accepted (processing fee applies)

• Cards are not accepted at this time

​

★ Scheduling:

My schedule is structured around travel, health, and creative flow — so booking windows are limited and intentional.

• For new large-scale projects (sleeves, backs, fronts), you’ll need to commit to at least one session every 4–5 weeks

• I prioritize projects with clients committed to consistent progress

 

I use Calendly to manage appointments.

Once your project is approved, you’ll receive a booking link.

Appointments are first come, first serve and only confirmed once your deposit is submitted.

★ Deposits:

• A $200 non-refundable deposit is required to book each appointment

• Deposits are submitted through the Calendly link after your project is approved

• Your appointment is not confirmed until deposit is received

 

The $200 deposit is now applied to that session’s cost

This helps you and the admin team know exactly what you’re paying and when

Reschedule Policy

• You may reschedule with at least 48 hours’ notice

• You’re allowed up to 2 total reschedules per project

• If you exceed this limit, a new deposit will be required

 

You will forfeit your deposit if:

• You no-call no-show

• You cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours’ notice

• You arrive more than 30 minutes late without communication

• You reschedule/cancel more than 2x

• You arrive under the influence

• You wait more than 6 months between sessions

★ Design Process:

• Designs are not sent in advance

• You’ll see the final design at your appointment

• I work best with creative freedom — please book only if you’re comfortable with that

 

If any part of the design doesn’t feel aligned with your vision, please don’t hesitate to speak up — it’s important that we’re on the same page before we begin.

If any requested changes take longer than 1 hour, the session will be rescheduled with a $200 redraw fee

​

★ During Your Tattoo:

High-quality tattoos take time — especially large pieces.

• Medium tattoos may require more than one session

• Large-scale projects (sleeves, backs, full fronts) will require multiple sittings

 

We’ll do our best to keep your project moving — including reaching out with early openings or cancellations.

​

If you can handle back-to-back sessions, I strongly encourage it to maintain flow and consistency.

 

Please Note: A new $200 deposit is required for each appointment and is applied to that day’s session.

★ Before Your Appointment:

• Get a good night’s sleep

• Avoid drinking heavily the night before

• Eat a full meal beforehand

• Bring snacks, lunch, water, or sports drinks for long sessions

• Dress comfortably (layers are great — feel free to bring a blanket or sweats)

• No children or pets in the studio

• You may bring one guest if needed (service animals always welcome)

Parking:

• Park in any Olympus Parking spot (no number)

• Or in the Raising Cane’s lot

 

Entry:

• Enter through the Main Entrance

• Head upstairs to the second floor
